结构分析+通用例句
1.去职或履新:
人事交接信可分为两种,一种是自己要离开现在的工作,向客户介绍继任的同事;另一种是自己是新的窗口,写信向客户自我介绍。两者都要以感谢对方持续的生意往来开头。
例一:Thank you for your continued support of our business. 感谢您的长期惠顾。
例二:Thank you for your continued patronage. 感谢您持续关照。
2.未来动向:
告诉对方自己要离开现在的职位,可说明离开的时间及原因。
例一:This is to inform you that I will be transferred to the sales department next month. 在此通知您,下个月起,我将转调到业务部门。
例二:I would like to tell you that I will be leaving the company for personal reasons. 我想告诉您,由于私人原因,我将离开我们公司。
3.工作交接:
介绍接替的同事说明业务自何时开始移交。
例一:My replacement will be Ms. Chen. 陈小姐会接替我的工作。(replace为替代)
例二:I would like to introduce our new colleague to you. 我想向您介绍我们的新同事。(introduce A to B:把A介绍给B)
4.道别问候:
以感谢或期待性的语气结尾。如果是离开现职,应表达希望未来与对方保持连络;如果是到任新职,则表达希望未来合作愉快。
例一:Please keep supporting our work. 请继续支持我们的工作。
例二:It was a good time working with you. 和您一起工作很愉快(working with you:惯用句,表示与您共事)
